Tasting Notes
Color: Dark garnet red with purple reflections
Nose: Aromatic profile of the original grape, predominant cherry and red fruits. Light notes of vanilla and cocoa from the wood
Palate: Great structure but extremely balanced, soft and mature tannins, characteristic Nero d'Avola acidity
Food Pairings
Red meat roasts, braised meats, aged cheeses, elaborate traditional Sicilian dishes.
